Welding 5km of 500mm HDPE pipework over 3 separate pipelines, 1 carrying crude brine, 1 carrying weak brine and 1 carrying pumped weak brine for capacity improvement works for transporting Brine through Cheshire. 

Using trackstar 500 series 3 and the McElroy Vault app so every weld is uploaded to a live server with all weld data, weld parameters, photographs and location of the weld

All lines have been pressure tested with a type 2 test – The crude brine and the weak brine pipes were tested to 15bar and the pumped weak brine was tested to 25bar.
