Pinewood Lane Residential Development – Garstang
Overview
ECK Civil Engineering were appointed by Brindle Homes as the principal civils contractor for the Pinewood Lane development in Garstang - an exclusive scheme of nine executive four-bedroom detached homes. The project required precise delivery of all civil engineering works to support a high-quality residential build.
Our Contribution
ECK delivered a full civils and groundworks package, beginning with complete site strip and enabling works. Site-won soils were carefully managed and reused across the development, supporting Brindle Homes’ sustainability objectives while reducing waste and material movements.
Following enabling works, our teams completed all plot and infrastructure works, including foundations, ground floor slabs, block and beam construction, plot drainage systems and hard landscaping. Driveways, rear patios and paved external areas were delivered to a high finish, supporting the overall quality of the development.
Outcome
The Pinewood Lane development was delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard throughout. ECK’s coordinated programme ensured smooth progression across all plots, providing Brindle Homes with a well-prepared, fully serviced site ready for construction and successful handover.
