Overview
ECK Civil Engineering Ltd deliver ongoing aftercare and remedial works for major housebuilders across the North West, supporting new homeowners with high-quality external works, drainage solutions and landscaping improvements. Our services ensure developments meet NHBC standards, resolve post-completion issues and maintain long-term homeowner satisfaction.
Our Role
ECK manages all aspects of homeowner aftercare on behalf of leading UK housebuilders, providing services including land drains, French drains, turfing, planting, fencing, flagging, block paving, drainage investigation and repairs, driveway treatments, wall construction and general remedial works.
Upon receiving a works order, our team conducts an inspection within 10 working days, preparing a detailed NHBC tolerance report and quotation. Once approved, we liaise with the homeowner, schedule the works and complete all tasks to a professional standard with full site clean-down and sign-off.
