Overview
ECK Civil Engineering Ltd were contracted by Veolia to construct a new containment slab and bund system for a leachate storage facility. The project formed part of an environmental infrastructure upgrade requiring compliance with strict containment and QA standards.
Our Role
ECK managed all civil works, including excavation, sub-base preparation, reinforcement, waterproof concrete placement and bund wall formation. Additional works included site drainage, fencing, and access steelwork fabrication. The project was completed within four weeks with full QA documentation.
Result
The completed system delivers a watertight, durable, and compliant containment solution supporting Veolia’s ongoing commitment to environmental performance.
