ECK Civil Engineering working in partnership with Wolf Environmental completed a full landfill gas system appraisal, remediation and new install for a major waste management company at a landfill site in London.

Given the brief of improving collection efficiency and extending the existing gas collection system, ECK installed a new network of HDPE pipework which stabilised gas extraction, secured gas volumes, reduced odours which permitted extension of the on-site gas utilisation facility.
